Welcome to SummerCrest — a community of 700 homes in Ocala, Florida. This checklist will help you get settled quickly. For questions not answered here, use the contact section to reach our property manager or board.

🔑 Important Information Before You Sign Up

  • •At least one member of the household should complete the form, at minimum.
  • •Residents who want the app but do not want to be listed at the call box may OPT OUT of the gate directory.
  • •Driving-age minors will not be listed in the gate directory call box, for safety reasons.
  • •If multiple household members are signing up, complete ONE FORM per resident.
  • •Only ONE email per resident. Each person needs a unique email to use the myQ App.
  • •You will receive an email invite once programming is complete. The HOA will continue to update the community as we know more.

All board meetings are open to SummerCrest residents. Join in person or remotely via Microsoft Teams — connection details are posted below before each meeting.

Per §720.303 — all board meetings are open to all association members.

📅 Regular Schedule

  • Hybrid: In-Person + Microsoft Teams
  • ARB meetings at 5:30 PM (when applicable)
  • Notice posted/emailed at least 48 hours in advance
Sentry Management sends Teams login information via email blast before each meeting.

🗣️ Member Participation

  • 3-minute comment limit per agenda item per resident
  • Agenda posted in advance on Sentry portal
  • Approved minutes uploaded to Sentry portal
  • Annual members meeting held in late December/January
  • 233 homesites required for quorum
